- Operating the Designey app and this website: complete, shoppable furnishing suggestions from a partner retailer's range, checked against your own room and visualized photorealistically in it.
Selling and complaints
Furniture. The products in the app are not sold by us. Every product link leads to the retailer's shop; the retailer is the seller and the counterparty for anything to do with an order: delivery, warranty, returns. Product links can be partner links: if you buy through one, the retailer pays us a commission, and the price stays the same for you.
Credits. Render credits are sold by the media owner named above. On the website the payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland, which is why your card statement shows DESIGNEY; invoices, refunds and withdrawal within 14 days: support@designey.ai. In the iOS and Android app the App Store or Google Play takes the payment; receipts and refunds go through the store there, and we deliver the credits.
The app itself. If something does not work, a picture, a suggestion, a fit check, write to support@designey.ai. For anything under data protection law, write to office@designey.ai.
Dispute resolution
For out-of-court settlement of online disputes, consumers in Austria can turn to the Internet Ombudsstelle (ombudsstelle.at), which is free of charge. The EU's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025. You can also send a complaint directly to the email address above at any time.

What the website and the app do with your data is set out in the privacy policy. The media owner named above is the controller.
